Defending champions Lancashire Lightning have signed New Zealand batsman Martin Guptill for the first six games of the T20 Blast.The 29 year-old, who is considered as one of the best batsmen in T20, will arrive at Old Trafford once his commitments with the Mumbai Indians have concluded.Guptill has a fearsome reputation with the bat and was the first New Zealander to hit a double century in one-day internationals, and he is the current holder of the highest score in the ICC World Cup with 237 runs.
