Welcome back to our League of Legends global power rankings. Every week, we look at each team in the five major regions and rank them according to how they are currently performing. Were starting with Week 3 of the LMS, Week 4 of the NA/EU LCS and Week 5 of the LPL and LCK. The +/- indicates the change since the previous ranking.Nos. 1-10 -- World contendersNos. 11-20 -- Playoff contendersNos. 21-30 -- Middle of the packNos. 31-40 -- StrugglingNos. 41-50 -- Bottom of the barrelWorld contenders1. ROX TigersRecord: 7-2 (14-7) | League: LCK | +/-: +6The Tigers are rounding back into form after a forgettable start to the split. Kuro has regained his starting spot in the mid lane, and Smeb is on the path to repeating as regular season MVP. As long as the meta doesnt switch to tank junglers and throw off Peanut, the Tigers will remain at least a top-three team in Korea.2. EDward GamingRecord: 8-0 (16-4) | League: LPL | +/-: +1With a victory over Vici Gaming, EDward Gaming remains on top. Considering Royals record at the Mid-Season Invitational, EDward Gaming looks like the top dog in the region.3. Team SoloMidRecord: 8-0 (16-3) | League: NA LCS | +/-: no changeIs top five in the world a bit too premature? Possibly, but outside of the South Korean region, there isnt a clear-cut number two league in the world. SoloMid are undefeated in matches, look crisp, and the starting five are playing well together.4. KT RolsterRecord: 7-2 (15-7) | League: LCK | +/-: +1A second straight trip to Worlds appears to be on the horizon for KT if it can keep up its current pace in the LCK. Ssumday has rebounded from a lackluster spring split to establish himself once more as the second best top laner in the world behind Smeb, and the rest of Rolster are reacting accordingly. Fly is finally starting to do work in the mid lane, and itll be up to the unorthodox mid to see how far KT can go this summer season versus the likes of ROX and SKT T1.5. Royal Never Give UpRecord: 7-1 (15-4) | League: LPL | +/-: +1Chinas second best team is still a great team. Royal Never Give Up still possess the strength that made it third/fourth at the Mid-Season Invitational, although -- lets be real -- it was the second best at the tournament and got an unfortunate bracket. Royal will continue to dominate China, as long as the team isnt facing EDG.6. SK Telecom T1Record: 6-3 (14-6) | League: LCK | +/-: -5All good things have to come to an end, and so does SKT T1s time atop of our Global Power Rankings. Before T1 fell to rookies ESC EVER, we were still giving the triple crown winners the benefit of the doubt. But after losing once again and picking up its third loss of the first half of the season, we had to drop the champs down the ladder.7. Flash WolvesRecord: 5-0-0 | League: LMS | +/-: +1Another perfect week for Flash Wolves puts it at 5-0 as it begins to distance itself from the rest of the LMS. It had no problem dealing with eXtreme Gamers, and convincingly dismantled Hong Kong eSports in its fifth straight victory. No LMS team has managed to string together a perfect season so far, but with how Karsa is playing right now, it just might happen this summer.8. ImmortalsRecord: 7-1 (15-5) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +2Immortals, the top story of last split, is diligently winning games while the flawless TSM and rebuilt Cloud9 are getting all the attention. Pobelter is the last North American-born starting mid laner in the NA LCS, and the former LCS champion is having an outstanding season. As long as Pobelter continues to improve with the team around him, Immortals should stay in the top ten.9. FnaticRecord: 5-2-1 | League: EU LCS | +/-: +2Fnatic had a decent week as it tied with Origen and followed that with a 2-0 victory over Team ROCCAT. The top of Europe is beginning to look weaker and more vulnerable but Fnatic is definitely closer to the top than expected.10. G2 EsportsRecord: 4-4-0 | League: EU LCS | +/-: -1Since replacing Kikis with Expect, G2 Esports has had a bumpy ride maintaining its top spot in the region, which finally fell through this week as Fnatic surpassed it in points. Its still a top team in Europe, but ties with Schalke 04 and Vitality leave much to be desired for the team that looked like its run to playoffs, and potentially first place, would be easy just three weeks ago.Playoff contenders11. Samsung GalaxyRecord: 6-3 (12-8) | League: LCK | +/-: +9Writing about Samsung Galaxy every week is like riding a roller coaster: One week youre high on the team and think its about to breakthrough as an elite team, and the next youre scratching your head wondering why you bought into it in the first place.12. Ahq e-Sports ClubRecord: 3-0-1 | League: LMS | +/-: +1Ahq had a comeback week after a fairly weak performance against Flash Wolves, with a 2-0 victory over Machi 17. The victories were pretty much what one would expect from Ahq: slow and steady early, convincing and aggressive late game. Things are looking up for the former kings of the region.13. Cloud9Record: 6-2 (14-7) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +4Gone is the shotcalling of Hai, but the spirit and teamwork of Cloud9 still remain with this new crop of players. Meteos is having an incredible comeback season after being away from the pro scene for a year. Jensen, along with Sneaky, provide possibly the most reliable carry duo in the league.14. I MayRecord: 5-3 (12-6) | League: LPL | +/-: +17After beating Newbee and Game Talents this week, its hard to argue theres a third best in China that isnt I May. The former EDward Gaming sister team is certainly a strong team and its continued to show that by beating most of the middle of the pack teams.15. Jin Air Green WingsRecord: 5-4 (11-10) | League: LCK | +/-: -13Weve reached that awesome midpoint of the season where the Jin Air Green Wings turn from world contenders to looking lost in the middle of the pack in South Korea. It happens like clockwork, and the Green Wings are heading for another crash landing unless the team picks up its play in the second half of the split.16. Game TalentsRecord: 5-3 (10-8) | League: LPL| +/-: +17The loss to I May makes Game Talents remain in the same spot. The team is still an upper middle of the pack squad in China, which translates to a decent team internationally. Its real tests are this week as it faces Vici Gaming and Chinas second best Royal Never Give Up.17. J TeamRecord: 3-1-0 | League: LMS | +/-: +2A single match against the newly promoted Team Mist doesnt leave much to say about J Team. The wins were solid, but hardly anything special when it comes to a top team beating down on a lower team. The early game continues to be stunning and it will be fun when J Team matches up against Ahq.18. Team WERecord: 5-3 (13-9) | League: LPL | +/-: -8Like Game Talents, Team WE remains in the same position as last week. The teams win over Invictus Gaming is decent at best, but keeps in where it was: below the likes of Game Talents and I May.19. Afreeca FreecsRecord: 4-5 (8-11) | League: LCK | +/-: -5Like South Korean peer Samsung, its hard to place Afreeca. The Freecs can play some of the cleanest League youll see in professional play in one game, and then the next the players dont even seem to know who theyre playing with. A close win over MVP at the end of the first half of the season will keep Afreecas postseason hopes alive.20. MVPRecord: 4-5 (10-10) | League: LCK | +/-: +1Good first half of a rookie split for MVP. It could have been even better if it beat Afreeca to end the split, but a close 1-2 loss isnt the end of the world. ADD and Beyond are establishing themselves as forces in the top lane and jungle positions. The so-so play of mid laner Ian and the more than poor positioning of AD carry Maha is going to keep the promising prospects out of the postseason.Middle of the pack21. Snake EsportsRecord: 5-3 (11-7) | League: LPL | +/-: +3Snake managed to take a win over OMG. Given OMGs recent results, this shows Snake is certainly still in the middle of the pack. The team rises in the rankings for the time being, but its still uncertain who in China takes fourth.22. Team EnVyUsRecord: 5-3 (10-9) | League: NA LCS | +/-: -7Last week was tough for the rookie club. Team EnVyUs were knocked from its place atop of the league with two straight losses to C9 and TSM, and a 2-0 performance next week will be needed if the team wants to keep in the running for a top two spot and a bye in the playoffs.23. Team LiquidRecord: 4-4 (9-9) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +2The perpetual fourth place finishers are at a record of four wins and four losses after the fourth week of the season. You just cant make this stuff up.24. ESC EVERRecord: 3-6 (8-13) | League: LCK | +/-: +8Playoffs are still a long shot for the first timers, though it might sting a little less if it can keep up its streak versus the reigning world champions. ESC Ever knocked SKT T1 out of the KeSPA Cup during the preseason, and it beat SKT for a second straight time to knock the three-peating Korean champions from the top spot in our rankings.25. Hong Kong EsportsRecord: 2-0-2 | League: LMS | +/-: -3Its between HKE and Machi for disappointment of the week, but Dinters pitiful performances against Karsa definitely puts HKE ahead. HKEs talent is still evident, but its lack of prowess in the lane-swap and general timidity when it comes to the mid game is only going to hinder its potential.26. FC Schalke 04Record: 3-3-2 | League: EU LCS | +/-: no changeSchalke 04 had a good week this past week, taking a tie with G2 and a victory over Giants. These are good signs for the team, especially considering its dedication to improvement.27. Splyce GamingRecord: 2-4-2 | League: EU LCS | +/-: -4This week, Splyce tied with Origen and H2K. As expected, Splyce is a middle of the pack team that will be in the run for the playoff spots at the end of the split. These results continue to back that.28. H2K GamingRecord: 3-4-1 | League: EU LCS | +/-: -16Lets be frank: H2K had an awful week. A tie to Splyce certainly is not the end of the world, but a loss to the Unicorns of Love is alarming and means things need to be fixed. Before this week, H2K were making a case for a third place finish in Europe. But with that loss, it looks more like the team is in the middle of the pack.29. Vici GamingRecord: 4-4 (8-10) | League: LPL | +/-: -2Vici Gaming beat Saint Gaming, the worst team in China, and lost to EDward Gaming. It remains in the middle of the pack.30. Apex GamingRecord: 4-4 (10-10) | League: NA LCS | +/-: no changeThe middle of the pack is where youll find the Lions most likely for the rest of the split. The team can be too reliant on top laner Ray at times, but mid laner Keane is also having a good split back in the LCS. Watch out for Apex battling for the final two postseason spots as the summer season starts to heat up.Struggling31. Machi 17Record: 2-1-2 | League: LMS | +/-: -2Machi has seemingly regressed from its late spring form that allowed it to take out J Team and steal third place in the LMS. The spunk of the lineup comes and goes, as the teams knack for team fights and aggressive playmaking has been relatively inconsistent.32. Counter Logic GamingRecord: 3-5 (9-11) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +1Two-time defending champions going for a three-peat. Finalists at the Mid-Season Invitational vs. SK Telecom T1. Now on the outside looking in at the playoff picture in North America. As long as the team struggles to play around Huhi in the mid lane, making the playoffs is going to be tough for the NA champs.33. VitalityRecord: 1-5-2 | League: EU LCS | +/-: +6A tie with G2 Esports is certainly nothing to scoff at, but a tie with Giants means Vitality is still a middle of the pack team in Europe. Deciphering where in that middle of the pack is difficult -- its matches this week with Schalke 04 and Splyce will give much more of an indication -- but for now, Vitality gets a bump in the rankings.34. NewbeeRecord: 3-5 (8-12) | League: LPL | +/-: no changeThe middle of the pack in China are all remaining in relatively similar spots, with teams drifting in and out of the category. Newbee took expected losses to I May and Royal Never Give Up, so for now, it stays in the same spot.35. Longzhu GamingRecord: 2-7 (6-14) | League: LCK | +/-: -7Similar to the Philadelphia Eagles self-proclaimed Dream Team a few years back, this star-studded Chinese-backed team has failed to live up to expectations. The only thing reliable about Longzhu this year has been its ability to disappoint.36. OrigenRecord: 1-4-3 | League: EU LCS | +/-: +7Origen had a better week than many expected, particularly with the tie against Fnatic. Tieing with Splyce isnt out of the question for Europes former super team, but now with its current results, Origen is in a bit of a bind.37. LGD GamingRecord: 3-5 (7-11) | League: LPL | +/-: no changeAlso remaining in the same spot is LGD Gaming. It took a win over Saint Gaming but Chinas once-best team is still mediocre.38. NRG EsportsRecord: 2-6 (5-10) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +2NRG Esports are getting to the point of no return. It needs to pick up wins quick and fast if the mixed-language squad want to make a return to the top six and playoffs come August.39. Team ROCCATRecord: 1-4-3 | League: EU LCS | +/-: -4ROCCATs tie with Unicorns could mean bad things for this lineup, but certainly not as bad as H2K. Losing to Fnatic means very little. Expectations for ROCCAT this year were certainly higher than its results, so itll remain in the bottom half of Europe for now.40. Invictus GamingRecord: 2-6 (8-13) | League: LPL | +/-: -2Invictus took a loss to Team WE this week, which comes as no surprise. The team is still in the bottom half of China, and therefore bottom half of the world.Bottom of the barrel41. Midnight Sun EsportsRecord: 2-0-2 | League: LMS | +/-: no changeMidnight Sun once again set itself apart from the other bottom teams in Taiwan, having a relatively easy time with eXtreme Gamers. M1ssion matched up well against SuwaKo and continued to be a stand-up carry.42. Giants GamingRecord: 2-1-5 | League: EU LCS | +/-: -6With a tie to Vitality and a loss at the hands of Schalke, its apparent Giants Gaming is still a lower-tier team in Europe. Its likely the team is still better than the Unicorns of Love but not by a significant margin.43. Unicorns of LoveRecord: 2-1-5 | League: EU LCS | +/-: +4Europe may be the weakest its ever been this year, and thats very noticeable considering the Unicorns of Loves victory over H2K Gaming. That bumps up the Unicorns of Love by a bit.44. CJ EntusRecord: 1-8 (5-17) | League: LCK | +/-: -21-8, bottom of the league, and a mess of a roster. The former king of South Korea back when Frost and Blaze ruled has finally hit rock bottom. It cant get any worse than this, can it? Oh hey. Theres relegations.45. Echo FoxRecord: 1-7 (4-14) | League: NA LCS | +/-: no changeWhat a disappointing season for Echo Fox at 1-7. The Foxes headed into the season with a lot of hope, and none of their aspirations have worked out. At least Froggen is still performing well. Thats a silver lining, right?46. OMGRecord: 1-7 (4-15) | League: LPL | +/-: -2OMG have shown moments of brilliance but the main synopsis of the team is that its one of the worst in China. The team is better than Saint, but thats not saying much. Unless something changes, it makes a good case for last in its group.47. Phoenix1Record: 0-8 (3-16) | League: NA LCS | +/-: +1Phoenix1 arent the worst team in the Global Power Rankings. We consider that a victory in itself.48. Saint GamingRecord: 0-8 (3-16) | League: LPL | +/-: +1The worst team in China is Saint Gaming and theres very little to say about it besides that.49. Team MistRecord: 0-0-5 | League: LMS | +/-: -3Without a win, Mist showed a fair amount of resilience against J Team and Machi. Having K in the jungle is clearly the way to go moving forward, as it also allows for Rins to be in the top lane.50. eXtreme GamersRecord: 0-0-5 | League: LMS | +/-: no changeeXtreme Gamers played against fellow low-tier team, MSE, and the league leaders Flash Wolves. Results werent pretty, and at this point, it would be surprising if this team takes a win over anybody, especially with Yo performing so poorly.Richard Dent Womens Jersey . Players can take up to three days.We talked and in his situation, he was saying all the right things and maybe to a fault as far as doing whats best for the team, Roberts said. Family takes priority. It took a little convincing. Obviously, he knew that was the right thing. For him and for all of us, hes very excited.Segedin hit his second big league homer off San Francisco Giants ace Madison Bumgarner in the second inning, then left in the eighth during a 9-5 win Tuesday. Segedin raced in from the outfield during a double switch and went straight to the hospital to be with his wife, Robin. He made it just in time for the birth of the couples first child, Robinson Marley, at 11:36 p.m.Segedin posted photos on Instagram early Wednesday of him, his son and his wife. Robinson weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces and is 20 1/2 inches long.Segedin hit his first major league homer on Monday in Cincinnati. The rookie made his big league debut this month after playing 561 minor league games.Dodgers catcher A.J. Ellis and pitcher J.P. Howell were already scheduled to do a hospital visit with the Dodgers at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday, so they stopped by to congratulate their teammate.I didnt think he could get more excited than your first major league home run, Ellis said, but then to see him holding his baby boy, to see him holding little Robinson, with a smile on his face, that was just a really cool moment to be there and support him and his wife Robin and the newest Dodger. When Roberts made the double switch to get Segedin out of the game late Tuesday, the rookie ran from left field to the dugout and scrambled around, receiving high-fives from teammates before racing down the stairs to the clubhouse.ddddddddddddHe didnt give us a chance to engulf him, Ellis said with a laugh. He was out of there. He was giving air high-fives down the dugout and all the way out the door.August has been an incredible month for the 27-year-old Segedin. He set a Dodgers record with four RBI in his debut on Aug. 7, then homered in back-to-back games Monday and Tuesday -- his first in the majors -- before becoming a father.I cant (imagine), Roberts said. He was adamant he didnt want to miss any games because of the birth and his wife amazingly supported that. Everything lined up. He was there for the birth and they can spend 24 hours together. Its great. To endure all the stuff that was going through his head and the expectation to still go out there and perform is something pretty special.Segedin has become quite a story. He considered retirement a year ago when the Yankees demoted him from Triple-A to Double-A but stuck with baseball at his familys insistence. The first-place Dodgers have tied a major league record with 27 players on the disabled list this season, and Segedin has been a welcome surprise with a .286 average and 12 RBI in 15 games.Same player we had in spring training, Ellis said. A guy who was driven and worked extremely hard. He carried that through his Triple-A season (in Oklahoma City) and he carried that through with us. Same guy. Great personality. A guy everyone in the clubhouse gravitates toward. One of those great success stories of a guy who kind of fought and grinded his way through to get his chance and made the most of it right away.To get big hits off guys like David Price and Madison Bumgarner, helping us win games here as we enter a pennant race, its just great memories for him and great memories for us. To cap it all off, and the most important thing, becoming a brand new dad. ' ' '
