AUBURN, Ala. - Mizzou Volleyball (14-3, 5-0 SEC) remained flawless in Southeastern Conference action, following its 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-15) sweep at Auburn on Friday evening. The Tigers pushed their current winning streak to nine consecutive matches, including six straight sweeps over their opponents.Redshirt junior Melanie Crow (Wildwood, Mo.) led Mizzous attack with 11 kills. Crow also added 10 digs on defense to secure her sixth double-double of the year. The Tiger newcomers .417 hitting percentage also marked her highest hitting total in SEC play this season.Sophomore Alyssa Munlyn (Suwanee, Ga.) was sensational yet again at middle blocker, recording nine kills on .562 hitting. Munlyn has hit .300 or higher in all five SEC matches this season, including three consecutive matches of .500 or higher hitting.Junior Courtney Eckenrode (The Woodlands, Texas) continued her impressive stretch at setter, tallying 30-plus assists for the ninth consecutive match.Mizzou used strong serving to key its 25-22 opening set triumph. The Tigers recorded four aces, led by redshirt junior Kira Larsons (Fargo, N.D.) two superb strikes from behind the line. Three Tigers tied for the team-lead in kills with three apiece.Mizzou stepped up its offensive attack in the second set, improving its hitting percentage by nearly 0.60-percent. Auburn led 15-13 midway through the set, but the visiting Tigers used a late 7-0 run to take control. Crow and Munlyn each tallied three kills apiece to lead the Tigers offense. Crow also recorded her first ace of the evening, as four Mizzou players had at least one aces through two sets played.The visiting Tigers dominated in the third set, en route to a match-clinching 25-15 triumph. Freshman Andie Hanus (Omaha, Neb.) made her NCAA and Mizzou debut late in the set and instantly made an impact with a key assist.
