He declined to comment afterward. He is scheduled for an initial hearing on Sept. 1.Butler was arrested Saturday hours after Indiana State Police arrested five teammates about 40 miles south of South Bend on misdemeanor marijuana and gun charges in a separate incident.Coach Brian Kelly announced Sunday that Butler had been suspended indefinitely from the team.
