Atletico Madrid travel to neighbours Real on Saturday afternoon, aiming to not only score an important win over their rivals but also boost their hopes of catching Barcelona in the La Liga title race. Diego Simeones side are the nearest challengers to the Catalans but, with an eight point gap opening up between Atletico and Barca, the Rojiblancos need to take maximum points off third-placed Real.Who will be the key men in their bid to do that? We spoke to Sky Sports Spanish football expert Terry Gibson to find out. Nobody can stop Barcelona from winning La Liga this year according to Terry Gibson While he thinks the title race is as good as over, here are the five players Gibson feels could make the difference for Atletico this weekend…Jan Oblak Jan Oblak has conceded just 11 La Liga goals this season When youre naming the five most important players for Atletico Madrid, it seriously could be the back four and the goalkeeper. They are the key men for Atletico. The goalkeeper is 23 years old and I didnt know too much about him when they paid huge money to sign him from Benfica in 2014 - but hes been fantastic. We thought theyd miss David de Gea, and they brought in Thibaut Courtois. We thought theyd seriously miss him and theyve brought in Oblak. They havent missed Courtois at all. Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid Follow the match at 3pm on Saturday with our live blog across the Sky Sports platforms and then watch it from 5.15pm on Sky Sports 3HD Diego Godin Diego Godin (R) leads Atletico in the style of Simeone, says Gibson The leader of this Atletico Madrid team is Diego Godin. People will know about him as hes been there a few years and helped the club to their La Liga title win in 2013/14. He remains an important figure.Godin also epitomises the spirit of Simeone. If Simeone could still play, hed be Diego Godin. Hes that type of player.Antoine Griezmann Antoine Griezmann has scored 19 goals across all competitions this season Atleticos weaker areas this season have been creativity in midfield and an out-and-out goal-scorer other than Antoine Griezmann - thats why hes my next pick. Hes been vital, the only one whos contributed consistently in terms of goals and hes been the only striker theyve bought in during the last couple of years whos been worth anywhere near the amount of money they paid for them.Hes suffering at the moment, though. Hes chopping and changing positions - at the weekend he played in three different positions and only got 10 minutes as a centre forward. Watch some Antoine Griezmanns best goals for Atletico Madrid in La liga this season Koke Atletico Madrids Koke remains a key figure for the club Griezmann, Godin and Oblak would be the obvious three, right through the middle of the team, but Koke is still one of the go-to players for Atletico Madrid. Its not been his greatest season, though. Hes a player who I thought would be converted to a more central midfield role but hes quite happy playing wider. He needs a big game now. Hes around the Spanish squad and a big game against Real Madrid would elevate him back into Vicente del Bosques mind, in terms of starting at the Euros. I think hell go as part of the squad but he has a bit of work to do to get himself back into the starting XI. Watch Koke put Atletico ahead against Barcelona Saul Saul Niguez is an exciting young talent at Atletico Madrid The final player Im going to pick out is someone people may not know as well, a young player called Saul. Hes leaped above Koke and, at the age of 21, has pretty much pinched the central midfield role we thought Koke would step into, alongside Gabi, the captain.Saul has produced more than Koke this season, coming up with six goals across all competitions to Kokes three. Hes also filled in at centre-back, while against Villarreal he almost played as a second striker.Saul came through the youth system at Atletico Madrid, had a year at Rayo Vallecano, where he had a baptism of fire at centre-back, and this is his second season in the Atletico first team. Hes a really good player, six foot tall, athletic, good on the ball, likes to put his foot in… he fulfils all the criteria Simeone looks for in a midfield player. Kent 231 for 5 (Denly 105, Bell-Drummond 91, Wheal 4-38) beat Hampshire 229 (Wheater 63, Coles 6-56) by five wicketsScorecard Daniel Bell-Drummond and Joe Denly set Kent on their way to a five-wicket win over Hampshire in the Royal London Cup to boost their quarter-final hopes. Matt Coles took six wickets and Kent survived a collapse with the target in sight to come away victorious.Former England batsman Denly continued his impressive recent form with a chanceless century, his sixth in the format. Bell-Drummond helped add 203 for the first wicket, a club record against Hampshire, and notched his highest score for Kent with an exciting 91.The pair looked unstoppable and on course for a ten-wicket annihilation but three wickets in seven balls halted the charge.Bell-Drummond, who survived a caught behind appeal early on, was the first to finally depart when he picked out Tom Alsop on the boundary rope. Four balls later Brad Wheal, on his Hampshire 50-over debut, took his second, getting Denly looping one up to Sean Ervine.Skipper Sam Northeast was then lbw to Ryan McLaren and Darren Stevens was well caught by Mason Crane, Wheal with a third to send a panic through Kent.A collapse was in motion when Sam Billings pulled tamely to Gareth Berg to put Wheal on a hat-trick but Alex Blake and Will Gidman steered the away side out the storm and to victory with 39 balls to spare.Earlier Hampshire were stuck in, and despite a solid 38-run stand to kick-start the innings, they haemorrhaged wickets regularly.dddddddddddd Tom Alsop was the first man to depart as he tickled a delivery outside off stump to be caught behind and he was quickly followed back by opening partner Will Smith who dragged on.Captain Ervine added a stodgy 21 before attempting to ramp over his shoulder but was caught at extra cover.Adam Wheater gave the hosts hope with a nicely crafted half-century, from 56 deliveries, during a useful 61 run partnership with Liam Dawson. But in the 31st over both departed in exactly the same way, Coles grabbing his first with Wheater hooking to Blake. And Blake was again the catcher when Dawson fell into the same trap three balls later. From then on it was the Coles show on his former home ground as he yorked Lewis McManus and had Gareth Berg slashing away from his body.Coles had his fifth when Gareth Andrew chipped to extra cover, and with his final delivery pulled off a remarkable reaction caught and bowled to see off Ryan McLaren, who had quietly scored 43. It was the second time Coles had taken six wickets in a List A fixture, finishing this time with 6 for 56.Wheal was the last to depart, mind boggled by a slower ball, to give Hampshire a below-par total of 229, which never looked enough once Denly and Bell-Drummond got going.
