LOUIS -- Theres no telling how these wacky World Series games will end. Clint Capela of the Houston Rockets knows how to dunk basketballs and block shots. He ranks among the NBAs top 10 in each of those categories this season. Singing, on the other hand, is not one of his strong suits. The 22-year-old center recently tried out karaoke by singing The Jackson 5 song I Want You Back while wearing a red sports coat and red-rimmed sunglasses in the corner of a room outfitted to look like a recording studio. The Rockets official Twitter account dubbed the performance A capella with Capela and hinted that there will be more episodes to come.Several of Capelas teammates received the privilege -- or punishment -- of listening to his vocal rendition, as the 1969 songs instrumental music played in the background. Their reactionns were broadcast in the video using a green screen to make it appear as if they were watching Capela through a window.ddddddddddddSmall forward Sam Dekker was the only teammate to appreciate the show, while guard James Harden and swingman Trevor Ariza each called it terrible. Power forward Ryan Anderson described it as ear-piercing.According to ESPNs Calvin Watkins, Capela didnt know the words to the song, and thats why he struggled. He said he might have sung it better if he knew the words. If this whole basketball thing doesnt work out for Capela, a music career probably isnt on the horizon, either.-- Nick Ostiller ' ' '
